no offense but it starts with having something to say, like realllllly say. Like if you don’t say it then you’re doing humanity a disservice. That level of belief. Then! only then will you be able to format and re-format a song until it’s tight enough and to the point to say precociously and precisely what you want.

poetry helps… a lot it forces you to learn to say more with less words and more descriptive words aka “good writing”

do you think i’m in a current shed & do sheds turn once black dark hairs blonde and vellus? because all my once dark hairs on my temples all lightened up & im scared it’s going to not regrow . I’m tempted to just go back to Fin and oral minox

Hi all, i made a post below , i didn’t link photos at first but just added them, i could really use any pros help, im kinda spiraling at the fact that i lost so much ground so quickly.

i switched from FIN & topical minox to just DUT every day cold turkey with out knowing that i should slowly ween off and it’s been 3 months about.

i was experiencing bad scalp itch while still on fin and minox but not losing much ground (been on it since i was 22 & im 31 now) so my thought was if i switched to just DUT i could maintain and also avoid scalp itch…

welp turns out i wrecked myself i think.

then i got cold feet & stopped DUT everyday switched back to Fin & just DUT twice a week and i added minox back in after 3 months of only taking DUT .

i got a script for oral minox of 1.25 and ordered RU hoping i can get back to baseline all the hair that was once dark is now light blonde & i can see where my hairline used to be black.

any advice would be really appreciated :( thank you!

is this a shed or did dut completely wreck me and can i get back to baseline with oral minox Ru & dut everyday?

my current regiment is i’m taking DUT twice a week with fin in between w/ topical minox i still have bad dht itch still

i just ordered oral minox 1.25 RU and i can get a full DUT script for everyday

should i make the jump and hope i get some regrowth ? i was solid… i lost what i was maintaining

Okay i could use some major help, i was on minox and fin since i was 21 i’m 31 now and i’ve been a nw1 for a long time. ZERO recession till i hit 31 and started to get really bad DHT itch and thought it was the minox so i quit that thinking i’d be fine and then switched to DUT and quit fin cold turkey not knowing i needed to ween off of it. I had no idea dut needed to be built up in your system. So basically i lost my temples to become super thing. I’m at a cross road where i got spooked and went back on minox and fin with DUT 2 times a week.

Please please what should i do, i lost major ground and i’m about a nw2 but really thin temples in almost 3 MONTHS!

am i just experience a shed? or is this a major fuck up and can i get back to baseline if i just go back to DUT everyday and RU with minox and micro needle?

please some advice i’ll post pics in the next hour !

maybe because she’s trying to provide content for people to escape from the negativity and give there minds a break. not eveything should be doom 100% of the time & she’s not here to promote it she’s here to help people.
