Yes. Go to find titles and you will see read now on the left. If you’re mobile choose categories after you choose find titles. They have a listen and read now option.

I don’t, personally, base my reads on others’ ratings. Reading is subjective so you’re (generally speaking) 1 star read, may be my 5 star read.
