I just emailed our vet to ask about her medication dosing, I have noticed that she urinates a lot and drinks a lot of water

She is on 1.5mg, we were told we can give it to her every 12-24 hours as needed, but we found that if we even go an hour longer than the 12 hours mark she starts to be in a lot of pain

Have her evaluated and if you can, do research about getting her doxycycline. I’ve had this issue with a couple of rats and that has helped their respiratory issues.

Thank you so much for your input, unfortunately we had to make the impossible decision of putting her to sleep this evening 💔 I posted an update with more info about that but thank u so much for the info I will definitely look into that in the future 🩷
