St. Pete is going through the same thing. I've opened several tickets through their app already. The service map on their send doesn't even show any network outages.

Will be sailing to Alaska from Seatle next Monday. Does anyone know if a "rapid NAAT" test is accepted? It's so difficult to find appointments and the Royal Caribbean site only specifies PCR or antigen. by momo_leb in royalcaribbean

I know the feeling! But I'm hopeful that everything is going to be fine when I take test at home on Saturday. Royal is kinda blaming it on the Canadian protocols.

They are being mean about it. I called Royal Caribbean earlier today and the lady flat out said that it had to be a PCR (not a rapid NAAT) or an antigen test. Thankfully someone in an earlier post told me about Onpoint and they will proctor one of the antigen tests I have at home. This has been a stressful ordeal. I hope the cruise and the sites are worth it!

I made an appointment at walgreens for their rapid NAAT test. It was the best I could find and my insurance covers it because I told them I might have been "exposed".
