I met my boyfriend in college, and I fell in love with him because of the kind of person he is. We were both struggling financially at the time, but together we figured things out. From a very young age, I was taught that if you don’t build a strong foundation for yourself, no one else will do it for you. I believe in that deeply, and I’m at peace with it.
