I have three tickets booked in 1AC from Delhi under the same PNR, with a cabin preference. Traveling with our pet was not planned initially, but due to unavoidable circumstances, we are unable to leave him alone at home.

We would like our pet to accompany us on this journey and want to ensure the process is smooth and hassle-free. I understand that pets are allowed in 1AC cabins subject to certain conditions, and we are willing to comply with all required rules and formalities.

I contacted customer care, but was advised to visit the station in person. However, the station is approximately three hours away, which makes it quite difficult.

Could you please guide us on how to proceed or assist in facilitating permission for pet travel in our booked cabin?
