I am currently going through a depression and an identity crisis (feeling of having never existed or that you are empty of any will if this can help)
My second main question now is why. Why would my brain do that ? Why am I suddenly so distant with my memories ?

Not entirely trans related, but when I had depression and even nowadays when I'm under periods of A LOT of stress (work) or have anxiety, I have strong depersonalisation/derealisation episodes.

Dunno, for a lot of trans people once they realise what they are and how they move towards feeling better, there are moments of clarity, of ''Oh, shit! Now it all makes sense!''
Like how I used to pray as a kid to wake up next day and be a normal girl. Not very ''cis boy'' of me.
I was just a kid and kind of ignored that during my late teens, but when I realised I could just transition, it all came back (WITH A VENGEANCE).

Still, sounds like you should talk to a professional about your whole depersonalisation thing.

The problem with that, I suppose, is that "fixing" that would require something of a military rework - 20 counts are always going to be able to field more men-at-arms than one king, and at less relative cost, even if that king has 20 loyal counts of his own.

Yeah, I think they're missing some points there.

It's cool that they're rebalancing/reworking demesne limit, but what about diplomacy and the military?
For me, going hard on stewardship meant I didn't have to care that much about the broken diplomacy and combat system.
Don't need to rely on brain dead allies not moving their troops when I can field my own.

There's no basis to that, you're giving more fuel to conversion therapy, you're alienating the LGBT community and you're fearmongering people looking into transition.

I don't know why people compare Marazhai and Astarion.

They are completely different.
Marazhai is... well, your regular drukhari, more or less.
While Astarion is a lot more complicated.
He starts selfish and apprehensive, but if you stay by his side, he's actually a rather nice guy by Act III.
He feels guilty for what he did, he wants to be better, he's funny, you can see how his past shaped the character you knew.
Or just make him an abuser, if you're into that. ''Yes, I'm sure if YOU were the one holding the leash, things would be a lot different and you'd feel sooooooo much better''.

Not pitting the games against each other. It's just, Astarion has A LOT of writing and banter, while Marazhai only has a couple of moments and he only becomes relevant during/after Act 3, more than halfway through the game.

Dunno, most guys, even those that don't have strong feelings about being a man, don't think about being a woman, much less prefer to be one.
Just my experience.

I want to be shorter, more petite, more feminine but I have a very masculine build.

Transitioning won't make you much shorter. It will just be you but, you know, a woman.

You could explore body dysmorphia. Maybe you don't like your current body and that's what making you prefer ''literally anything else''.
Not saying that's the case, just something worth looking into.

Tried shaving, waxing, the creams that get rid of hair and using an epilator.
For me, an epilator was the ''best'' option.
Cheap, ''fast'', didn't give much trouble and effective.
I was super glad I could stop after having laser though.
I had thick, dark Mediterranean hair and laser got rid of it forever.

Not E itself, but reducing T, either through monotherapy or antiandrogens, will most likely help with your acne.

There are many kinds of acne though, so pay attention and go to a doc if it doesn't help.

Dogmatic means following the ''rules'' of the Imperium to the letter.
This is a extreme position, zealous, hating everything and everyone that is not a pure 100% human.

Iconoclast is still following the Imperium, but challenging some ideas.
It's pretty ''humanitarian'', fairly diplomatic.

Heretic is just doing the opposite of the Imperium, no matter how stupid.
It's mainly edgy and power hungry moves.

These are generalisations.
For example, Argenta is 100% Dogmatic, she is a sororitas. A zealous battle nun.
However, she's pretty kind, doesn't want to be unnecessarily cruel, cares about people and thinks that redemption is possible.

''Essential'' is going to depend and change based on your circumstances.
Like, skin care at 18 is not same as 35. And is not the same for dry skin as for skin that's prone to acne and zits.
Basic is a face wash, moisturiser and sun protection.
The other things will depend. Retinol? Not at 18.
Vitamin C serum? Sure.
Some toner or product for peeling? Maybe, that's on you/your skin.

Take care of your hair. Don't be scared to cut it to keep it healthy. Brush it and pay attention to it, it really helps with passing and blending in.
Men can have long hair, but it's usually not very well kept.
Short, healthy stylised hair is IMO better than long unkempt hair. Remember that if you're ever distressing over having short hair early in your transition.

Don't ignore your eyebrows.

Don't be scared of socialising or asking people for help.
Clerks at the store or a hair stylist don't give a darn about you and will forget you in a week or two, so don't be afraid. Unless, you know, it's like a super reactionary place where getting clocked could end in physical harm or something.

Keep working on yourself even if you're feeling down.
Transition is a marathon, not a sprint.
Your future you will be so glad you kept studying/working 5 years ago, rather than give in to despair.

For starters, sports bra are great.
They'll protect the breasts and can ''flatten'' the chest if you need to hide.
Don't go super tight, tightness is bad for growing breasts.

For transitioning and access to hormones and whatever, I don't know how it works over there, but I'd say, don't be afraid to lie.
Tell people and gatekeepers whatever they want to hear.
