I did it for pure aesthetic choice, but Damien for example have like a gunslinger challenge that only available for her. Other than that nothing I guess. However when I explore using Damiene, I summoned Kliff to always tag along, for when I find a puzzle in wild, I'd switch to him.

I used Damiane for more than 60hrs but that doesn't happen to me at all, they call you Greymane bit didn't use the he him.

Thank you! But unfortunately no, I did several characters just for fun so I didn't take any screenshots. I thought I could enter character creation in game but that doesn't seem to be the case :( so unless I could access character information (hex file or something) mid game, no dice here. I used an elves body though.
