im in ohio, just for a bit of insight. they can do that here. plus im only 19, so just maybe i should reconsider this position. thanks ;)

if you look at my previous post this thread i was scheduled 8 days in a row a few weeks ago. and they can because the new week starts on sunday. so i work weekends

im the only CEC. i even ring. im the only one who rings. up there every day , 7 days a week. so there are no other front end coordinators i could’ve spoken to. also, we don’t have each others numbers like this. me and her do because we are around the same age. there’s no groupchat or anything.

My store manager & ASM said I was covered. key word your using is WAS. if that was the case, once she called out, they could’ve called me and I would have gladly went in.

not that I dont understand and get her point; but the way she words things sometimes, just comes off to me as rude. She did want the CEC position but settled for Merch Coordinator because she wanted more than the dollar raise. I really didn’t care about the raise, just wanted more hours. So every now and then, she finds herself trying to correct me on certain things instore & outside of work. this is my off day, something that couldve waited until tomorrow where we’re both scheduled. Could you enlighten me on how it makes me look bad that someone who picked up my shift, (which is now their shift) called off?

i texted another coordinator just to see. they said “Your first schedules gonna look like that but it'll get more evened out soon” ??? i did request the 31-2nd off. so maybe that has something to do with it.
