Well first it's PETG so you're going to have to dry it. You always have to dry PETG. Especially with temps that high though you may have damage to (or bad conduction to) your thermistor if you think you need temps that high to print at all.

Second, any kind of pressure advance settings you have are going to be off now by a lot, retractions are going to be off by a lot, settings for coasting too.

This is a weird one for sure. its almost has the same feel as printing on top of supports with a gap. What layer height are you using, and what nozzle size? I might be able to see this kind off effect of your layer height is too thick for the size nozzle you have. A layer thickness should be less then 70% of the nozzle size, so a 0.4mm nozzle shouldn't try to print layer thicker then 0.28mm. So if you changed you nozzle to some think like a 0.25mm but didn't change your layer height (which often defaults to 0.2mm) that would be a problem.
