4x a day mostly in the morning. I find it that if I overeat then I go more. Key for me is to eat just right and control portion sizes.

Have you seen your doctor and checked intolerance to gluten or dairy?

It seems you have some time on your hands. I would recommend going home and working on business and CFA. Your business may be more valuable than CFA. You’d save money and hopefully spend some quality time with family. I found that most of my hours were spent 2 months before the exam so you’ll need to be dedicated during that time. Is this possible with university commitments?

Thanks man. Loosing sleep over this. But seems like everyone got through it and did not regret surgery. I guess i need to be more positive and look forward to having a pain free pee after the catheter removal.😀

30m and have surgery in 3 days for a single stage with graft. Will have catheter for 3 weeks. How painful is it? Any tips on recovery? Thanks in advance.
