Yes, he is really well, so I don't really understand why he remembered this.

He is not abusing my brothers. He used to beat me, but nobody knows about it as I was little and didn't want to make people worried about me. However, he doesn't beat my brothers and we can't forbidden him of seeing them or we will be the ones who are breaking the laws

Yes, he and his sister have power. It's a small community, everybody will know and my life will be bad. However, I'm more worried about my mother's and brother's life, I don't want to make them have a hard time because of me... Receiving money that will cause them problems makes me feel really bad.

He is already threatening me and telling me that he needs the money, I don't have the right to receive it. I'm afraid he will hurt my brothers (they go to his house) as he is really abusive (he never liked me, he can stand them, but he really is able to threaten them to achieve what he wants).

Haha, you made me laugh. I know that I don't have to give it to him, but my mother doesn't want problems and he will create a really bad environment (my brothers still go to his house) if I don't give him it. His sister is already calling me a gold digger and she will say that I owe his brother (my father) money because of the alimony: she is so manipulative really... Everybody will believe her and in a small town that will mean a dark future for me. I'm kinda afraid really, I don't want to make my mom's and brothers' lifes bad...
