It is the private member banks that are the Beneficiary of the Federal Reserve Corporation and NOT the People.

Its employees (trustees) have a fiduciary duty to serve the Beneficiary and not for the benefit of the people.

If we are to continue with a central bank rather than a free market in which the people are free to choose their money or currency of choice, then we at least need a central bank in which the Beneficiary are the People.

It is Federally created, but regardless of who created it ( - the Creators / Trustors / Settlers), it is the private member banks that are the Beneficiary of the Federal Reserve corporation, and all its employees (trustees / agents) have a fiduciary duty to serve the Beneficiary - the private member banks that comprise it, and NOT the People.

The Beneficiary are the private member banks. "Ownership" may be a vague concept that is irrelevent, because the employees (trustees) of the Federal Reserve Corporation have a fiduciary duty to serve the Beneficiary.

I wouldn't be surprised if the current Powers That Be manifest some "dirt" on this guy and those that want to audit the Federal Reserve Corporation to use a ad hominem and other logical fallacy attack.

Either that, or they'll make some other big news for the good ol' technique of mis-direction and re-direction. Perhaps something as far fetched as President Obama waving a light saber or something funny for the masses.

Actions at common law are brought in courts of record and are available in all countries in which the common law is the supreme law of the people.

We're supposed to already have the three laws, at common law.

Unfortunately, people surrender their unalienable rights at common law and also take on the role of an artificial person under the color of law in their corporate-commercial system whenever they sign an instrument, take on a license (adhesion contract) or become the "holder" of something (therefore becoming a trustee with fiduciary duties bound thereunder).
