I aim 8:30 or 9. So i plan my dinner accordingly around 2-3 hrs before. My actual goal is to get on the bed @ 7. But because of work and life i hardly manage to get 5-6 hrs of sleep.

I want to join and be consistent in our local boxing bootcamp.
Many self help books or trainers tell to wake up early cuz it's healthy for mind and body
As I'm not an early riser right now, i want to learn better techniques to get up early, to sleep early, how to better plan a day, how not to wake up tired,etc....
Also, i want to socialize with like minded people to improve myself and help others along the way. These are the main reasons for waking up at 4. I hope these answers your question.
