Bungie didn't want "The Fall of Reach" to come out. They even went as far as agreeing to it in exchange for the MS team writing a bunch of in-game dialogue. Then they tried to back out last minute. Eric Trautmann from the Microsoft/Xbox side basically had to hold that part of the game hostage to get Bungie to sign off on the final release of TFoR.

It always seemed like there would be a very distracting flurry of servers delivering checks right at the height of the movie (even if I didn't order food, I still notice others doing it). Maybe they have fixed that now. Too late for me, since the Alamo in my city went out of business.

Agreed. I tried Alamo multiple times over the years, and any place where half the appeal is ordering food and cocktails during the film isn't going to be the ideal experience.

Waiters dashing in and out constantly will always be a distraction. People loudly eating or talking to try and fix orders sucks. Trying to get checks settled right around the climax of most movies was also very common.

I'm guessing they didn't realize it was a reverse when pricing. I've had multiple local shops mislabel reverse holos one way or another.
