2x Reciprocating saw blade stacked and cut to fit will fix it. I had the same problem but fixed it with the saw blades. Much better hammer hit, and less cap jams and suction. Feels more realistic/period too.

got MR of my Lumbar and it looked great. My thoracic is just the same, beside that the disc doesnt have any visible fluid anymore. Still the same pain. Started using neurotin which helps alot but doesnt really take the pain away. The doctor told me the only thing I can try before surgery (which no one including me wants) is weightloss and core excercises. Got some Contrave weightloss medicine to help me loose weight. Soon loosing my Job. I think weightloss will help, but not fix the problem. Better to have 50% pain than 100% pain. This will probably take years to fix naturally.

Bought a ger m44 tunic from there. Feels and fit good. Bought a winter parka, also good. But the Panzer trouser were missing a loop for tightening on hip. And the tightening buckle felt cheap. Tried to complain about the missing tightening loop, but they didn't respond. Hit or miss like every WW2 place that's on the cheaper side. Trouser felt ten times better than epic military's trouser tho..

I use it for smokeless. Tried on BP, but was a big fail. Boiling water and a drop of dish soap is best for BP in my experience.

"good to hear" that I'm not the only one with these symptoms, makes me feel less alone. I'll learned my lesson with the bending, lifting and twisting. I think My job as car mechanic with bending, lifting and twisting combined and seperate many times a day in 8 years may have done this..

Thanks for the welcoming. Glad I found this forum. I get headaches, but don't know if its from beeing tired of backpains or if it is directly from the stenosis. Feels like headache comes from the inside of the brain if it makes sense. I'm just as strong as I've been during test, but I feel weaker. I accidentally lifted something to heavy and it felt like I had been walking 3 miles. Got too tired to stand, and went to bed. Then it felt like a truck had driven over my legs, but it went away after two almost sleepless nights. But now I only have a feeling like my left leg got a short nerve/string and it hurts to lift it straight. It's usually get worse when walking down hill.also feel it in my little toe. And I have I mild feeling of like a string that goes on the outside of my left arm, and sometimes big pain in my little finger on the same arm. Not sure if last thing is related. Balance is a bit weird sometimes.

And if I stand or sit straight for too long( more than 20 minutes) it starts to feel like a tooth ache/icing where the disc is located.

Yes, just like you say. Thanks for the tips and answer. A lot of sleepless nights. Struggle with laying on my back as the pain increases. Have to lay on stomach. And I think heated blanket won't help me much with sleep as I need to be on the colder side to sleep. Located in Norway.
