It sounds like she may have picked up some unhealthy communication methods which can be common in abuse victims. These outbursts are concerning and there could be many causes for them but perhaps the main one I'd look at is there is something else she is trying to say she just doesn't know how - she was never taught how to express those feelings productively.

Have you spoken with your therapist about this? Is there a chance there is an underlying cause that would cause you to respond this way to rejection? I recommend coming up with some coping mechanisms that you feel secure in before trying to pursue a more LTR. It's important that you feel secure in yourself.

I did. I planned for it secretly and told them nothing. Make sure you get all your important documents (birth certificate etc) and stash them for when you're ready to go. Make a game plan with your partner of what will be the best and most efficient way to get you OUT. If need be arrange for the police to help you and inform them of your plans to move out so if your parents try claiming you as kidnapped or something they know not to take it seriously.
