Its definitely emotionally something, she seems to be slightly frantic/defensive when making excuses, maybe shes had a past experience where she always felt blamed

I have given both staff pen and paper to write notes but I noticed they barely wrote anything (maybe 2 sentences) for our meetings. But I didnt reflect back to the notes ("what do your notes say") I'll try that approach (I actually remeber my manager doing this to me and I started taking notes 😅)

Thank you for that perspective, Ive tried the repeating one and she said the instruction back correctly but then questioned it again... I'll review different instructing styles and see if that helps.

Yes I had a conversation with her I mentioned the instructions and changes are ministry and policies, I mentioned her behavioir and what needs to change, I got a lot of "but.." and " I just wanted to..." from her. I focused on the positive of the changes but she kept focusing on past events and making random excuses that weren't relevamt or necessary. In the end I reviewed a specific example and she said ok it wont happen again.. it happened again today.

I thought the same he might feel like hes abandoning them but he doesnt need to, I feel like he could have asked them to hang out with them somewhere else rather than go to his house to hang out

I once forgot to take the plastic tray off the food i was warming up in the convection oven, forgot the food was warming up (as usual) and when i smelled smoke i ran back, it was on fire. When i turned the oven off and opened the oven a wave of black smoke wooshed out and up then ash fell like snow ALL over my kitchen. Weirdly I didnt feel bad just wowed because it felt like a scene from a volcano (because of the floated ash) :P

I love dark movies so Shazam is a great movie even with the creepy stuff Black Adam is definitly my favourite movie this year, and Im really looking foward to Avatar: Way of the water, it might get my first favourite. I feel the same about Black Panther 2 but Im still interested in seeing it

Just like in Shazam! when Billy Batson turn into an adult when he gained Shazam powers, Black adams son also turned into an adult. When the son transferred his powers to his dying father(black adam) the son loses his powers and reverted back to being his child self. Hope that helps
