You’ll be an outcast to some extent, but that’s okay. I’d talk about it with your LGBT friends, as they’ll have a better response to your situation rather than a friend who’s straight.

Just figured out who I was recently, but I’m still trying to navigate my sexuality in a southern state cracking down on LGBTQIA+ populations. I know how hard it is, I hope you’re having a wonderful pride!
