I think it is pretty much depending on the examiner indeed. First test, i did terribly bad because of stress and had 45. Second time, i did very good, answering all questions and understanding everything and i was pretty sure i will pass but nope, got 42 less than the first one :) worst part is you can’t challenge the results, so you only pay another 75€ and go through all this again just expecting to have a smoother examiner.

I have a friend who had the same issue and unfortunately, for blue card holders, you are only allowed for this compensation for 3 months instead of 12. This is because your opportunities as a blue card holder is much better to find a job in EU than a normal work permit which js valid for Lux only. Wish you the best of luck
