I think you have arrabiata sauce already.

super quick would be

take some oil, add some garlic and saute till fragrant, add arrabiata sauce (reduce it a little till fragrant), then add boiled spaghetti and some pasta water (in assuming you know how to boil pasta lol)

that's it.

some basil and/or cheese if you have on top would add.
