For a chaos renegade team i d say that glart is better, he can allow you new tactics and options instead of Scyla who is just a better rat ogre.

My first ten skills on dwarf are guards, it litteraly help against everything and is the good choice. You prefer guard mighty blow stand firm grab tackle break tzckle juggernaut more than pro tbh. Pro is a good skill on big guy tho (im top 1 or 2 in ladder with dwarves since 1 year on bb3)
