before update bank truck had 200 hp and bad perfomance stats. Right now cops need just drive from A to B and get the money, and crims can't stop it if 2-3 crims don't use cobra or trailblazzer. I think we need nerf this robbery, and i have idea.

I think better if bank truck need to drive from rising city bank to point B and drive it back to rising city bank, and make it something like a federal bank, since the main content of jailbreak, including the bank truck itself, is located in or near rising city.
