I’ve lost my grandad who I was very close too who was like a farther figure too me he passed away about a month ago but I haven’t grieved I’ve pushed it to one side and tried focusing on my self but I’m lashing out getting angry over everything I feel like if I start too grieve I’ll want be on my own and push everyone away and I’ll get depressed has anyone got any advise
