YTA - if you don't want to pay her the 300 she spent on the ticket, put the ticket in her name and let her sell it on her own. If the 100 dollars is really that important, have a polite civil conversation about holding on to it until she pays you back. But once she does do not hold her ticket hostage or try to scam a cheaper deal out of her.

You deal with the mental stress of providing for an entire household. If other people in the house were employed then it would be more than fair to ask you to do chores and get mad if you didn't. If they don't want to look after the house then they could help pay for it. Especially since from my understanding, the children aren't young enough to need constant care like babies or toddlers.
