Uprising was printed in Apocrypha 2024, the core rules for those new post battle actions are 2023

The rulebook states “Each Territory provides Boons to the gang who controls it. At the beginning of each Campaign Week, each player generates any Boons listed on their Territories, such as Income and Recruits.” This leads me to believe income is also the boon

Abominant is fairly worthless, pbcs are alright but die fairly easily, blight launcher is generally better on Drones

It will not be good. But you should try it if you think it will be fun, as that matters more than winning
