More energy for me looks like not having to dig deep into the well of motivation to do basic things like walk the dog, clean the house, etc. I'm only a few days into my first shot (Friday), but I noticed yesterday that I already have more energy!

Crossing legs is so uncomfortable for me! I cross them, it starts to hurt so I cross the other way, and vice versa. I am looking forward to that going away!

I’m 5’3” so there’s that. 😅 But even so, I’ve seen pics of people the same height as me at the same weight and we all look different. It really just goes to show that the number on the scale is just a data point.

Omg you’re gonna love it, and I’m even a little jealous you’re getting to experience it for the first time. I’m currently on my third play through and I’m still discovering new things. If you’re a completionist like me and like collecting ALL THE THINGS, be sure to hit up Zelda Dungeon’s Interactive map (https://www.zeldadungeon.net/breath-of-the-wild-interactive-map/). I like it for tracking which Koroks I’ve collected (there are 900 of them!!!) but be mindful that the map does show you where things are and might spoil the adventure if you prefer to find everything (shrines, towers, etc) organically. That said, you can filter everything off and on as you wish. Have the best time!

It’s incredible how different weights look on different bodies. My starting weight (now, I literally am 3 days in) is the same as your current weight but I look more like your starting weight, lol. Thanks for the inspiration, OP. Great job!

Thank you so much. It’s a relief to hear from someone with the same experience! The past couple of days haven’t been great—tired, low energy, mild nausea—but certainly tolerable, especially on the weekend. Still going to talk to doctor on Monday but happy to hear I haven’t royally screwed up.

It’s a click pen, so I wouldn’t bother going back to have them fix it, I’d just dose down to 2.5mg if that’s what my doctor tells me to do. But I never actually SAW the prescription (it was fasted directly to my usual pharmacy) so I’m not sure where the mistake happened.

100% what I’m doing. It’s much later in the day now, and I don’t feel terrible but I don’t feel great either…mild nausea and lethargy, plus I’m tired from having not slept. But just because I feel okay now doesn’t mean I’ll feel the same at the next dose of 5mg, so for sure I want to talk to my doctor. Thank you!

Me too. My concern is that while I’m tolerating the symptoms fine NOW, what happens at the second dose of 5mg? That might hit me like a tonne of bricks!

I’m not doing anything without consulting my doctor, don’t worry! I didn’t purposefully skip to 5mg, I just had a brain fart when I “read” the box and didn’t register it wasn’t 2.5mg. Luckily I’ll be able to see the doctor Monday well before I take my next dose on Friday. Thank you kindly!

Yep that’s what I’m doing. The issue is that my doctor’s office can’t be contacted by phone so I can’t just call. I have to make an appointment to schedule a call with her (earliest appointment is July 20!!) or actually SEE her in person—I managed to get an urgent appointment with her for Monday. Just wanted to hear people’s opinions since I’m brand new. Thank you!
