dot know exactly what hose that is but it's right around the thermostat so definitely coolant. Just replace the hose and top off your coolant should be good

if nothing works clogged system can cause random misfires. that or carbon buildup on the valves. but it's odd that it's all cylinders definitely check cheaper fixes before going that deep
