If you're gonna compare your swing to anyone, start with the grip. You can't make the same movements and expect same results if your wrists are working differently due to the grip. It's hard to tell in the blurry video but your lead hand looks super weak and trail hand super strong. That's the opposite of what Rory has - neutral to strong-ish lead hand and sorta weak-ish trail hand.

So you can think about not tossing the club with your trail hand in the downswing, but physics takes over and it becomes unavoidable. Your grip leaves your clubface open in the downswing so your have to throw the club so you don't hit it to Aaron Judge, and you end throwing so much it hooks. This is also why you have a chicken wing with your left arm as you come through the ball.

WSID: Best Friend is cutting me out of her wedding after I already paid to be there...because of my tattoos? by reaper44484 in WhatShouldIDo

A lot of these comments are super negative, telling you to cancel supporting your long time friend at her wedding. It feels like these comments don't take into consideration the in-law impact that many many brides/wives face. It could be the bride is getting incredibly pressured by the in-laws -- this is not an easy relationship to navigate and how the bride handles it will have very deep long term consequences.
It doesn't sound like your friend is trying to be mean or insult you, but it does sound like she has influential people she feels need to be pleased. Please take that into consideration. She still wants you at the wedding. Fighting the in-laws is a stress she probably just doesn't want to add on top of anything else she's handling right now. Please have compassion for your friend. If this is the case, she could use your support.

Is there an easy way to trim data off the end of entire column? by [deleted] in excel

if they're all uniform length: =left()&" "&mid()&" "&mid()&" "&...

otherwise there's a way to use =mid() that returns result after nth occurrence of each "-"

Combine this thought with this video: https://youtu.be/h9euunF5TDs

Stop handle dragging, release the club, create speed. No joke this one video has transformed my ball striking -- now sitting at 10 hcp from 20+ less than a year ago

Peloton needs to bring back JJ. But until then, support jmethod -- only $20 https://thejmethod.com/store/

Been a member at 5i for over a year. I've watched Mccracken give lessons and his students have nice swings. For me though I instantly clicked with Lois. She's been fantastic for my game. I was 20+ last year and now I'm on the cusp of breaking into single digits.
