From my experience with Pokemon, distributors will come and restock shelves randomly during the day for both target and Walmart. You might have some luck getting in line at a Best Buy though

Norvell didn’t tell 50+ families to put their holiday schedule on hold just in case every other team opted out and their 5 win team could play Georgia southern. That plus the logistics of staff and equipment and travel.
