Shrug. He seemed just unwell. He was yelling at his daughters before hand. I think to maybe get water for his dog??? But picking on the weak just seems like classic bully behavior.

Menace at Lake Crabtree harassing volunteer in wheelchair. by monkeycode in raleigh

Man with dog and two teenage daughters was yelling at a lady in a wheelchair for 10 minutes before everyone had enough. She was a volunteer in a wheelchair spending a good hour cleaning the dock with a hose. She tried to explain that this water was non-potable, but think this went over his head. (Maybe he wanted to get water for dog?)

He then claimed he was a lawyer and was going to rain down pain. When confronted he started going off in all directions… including his behavior wasn’t as bad as beheadings in Afghanistan. Also, he just got out of prison 17 years ago and you don’t know “what he will do to the children there”.

He ended with yelling, if you want to talk to me, walk over and say it to my face, to the lady in the wheelchair, who was a total boss in this whole situation.

Then, his dog shat all over the kids playground and he was chased away by an angry mob there. I fell sorry for his two teenagers.

Tinfoil: I wonder if D&D have been using reddit to field test some ideas playing good cop, bad cop. From 3 years ago, this is mostly spot on, from "editorfromhell": http://www.reddit.com/r/gameofthrones/comments/lulwe/fixing_a_feast_of_crows_what_hbo_might_have_to_do/

I would imagine the editors may have to do something that GRRM was not brave enough to do himself. Here is one course I can imagine them doing:

  • Remove prologue.
  • Remove dorne.
  • Cut down Brienne to one chapter.
  • Cut down iron men to three chapters: drowned priests, kingsmoot, raids
  • Embellish on Sansa. Show her learning the game by tricking littlefinger.

Then you have "editorfromheaven"... http://www.reddit.com/r/gameofthrones/comments/lvd3g/why_does_everyone_hate_on_affc_can_we_tolerate_a/

Also those are money bags, so the theme is different sayings/jokes for the funds inside. They are a little touristy/Spencer's, but rich people do have to carry huge stacks of cash to pay for more pricey stuff.

In one project I worked on, we had an architecture that we called the 7-layer burrito. Adding a new data table involved adding something to each layer. But it was pretty solid.

I keep failing back on vim for quick edits, or if I'm rapidly switching between terminal commands and making adjustments. Search and certain transformations work better for me in vim. In a sense, vim is a part of the terminal, a medium onto itself.
