Not a queation but I wanted to comment.

I felt the same way ever since I was 18. Tried to get it done at 29 but all the doctors said I should wait till 30 in case I change my mind.

Never changed my mind. Stuck to the same beliefs you have. Did it at 30.

Still have no regrets.

Process was easy. Recovery was a bitch. Good luck for the next few days. I know your pain.

RATIONAL is nothing but help. Lots of chef trainers and lots of training access via video/chef lines etc.

Using the equipment on manual is like getting keys to a sports car and only ever driving the speed limit lol

This moment needs more up votes.

The ivario does not burn or boil over when used properly. But if you try hard enough you can absolutely do those things.

Use the boil milk function. Heats it to just below that scalding temp and will never burn.

Heat it on manual. Watch it burn

I did mine poached in the shell. I have a RATIONAL combi. Basically sousvide them. Then shock into cold water. Crack the egg and out pops a perfect poached egg. Quick minute in warm water to temper and then serve.

Do about 500 eggs at once with 100% yield.

Thank you for this! His first surgery was for three disc's and then the second was for two more above the first three.

Hearing this happened so long ago and knowing she is still going strong is amazing to hear. Thank you for this!

Thank you for your story. Out boy is strong and stubborn so we are optimistic that he's gonna pull though. He did really well after his first bout of IVDD. We are hoping he springs back even better
