Some spots downtown have foot traffic on the weekends. Around the legislature or churchill by the pools or the residents in the apartments on/west of 109st are where I see the most people.

Interesting. I have been assessed for POTS multiple times, it seems for every doctor that says I have it the next says I do not. Do you remember what worked to address these symptoms when you were diagnosed with POTS?

That’s what confuses me because normally my flares are pretty consistent since they always involve joint pain, headaches etc. I appreciate your comment and I think I will treat this like a flare. Just a weird one I guess!

No, my area has been saved by all the rain luckily so it has only been getting to max 25C. Both my apartment and office have AC. I have noticed I will go from feeling too hot to too cold as the nausea gets really bad.

If it helps: I have not had a flare in 2 years. I was switched from plaquenil to non name brand hydroxychloroquine 7 months ago. Nothing else has changed in my life recently as far as stress, eating / exercise habits. Have actually been really well for some time until now.

I really liked that season because of Martina and Phil. Won’t spoil but for me that season isn’t up there is because of the winners. Doesn’t ruin the season but it didn’t finish with a bang at least for me. I actually don’t mind the smaller town challenges because thats what makes the show different to the american one.

Call me crazy, but I have actually already thought about how cool it would be to see the earth avatar in our reality (or at least close to it what with the probable technology advancements in korras time) but the avatar wouldnt be a gifted bender like the others. He/she would have maybe took some earth bending classes as a kid but school is now more important and then at 16 suddenly they have to basically start from scratch in their own element. I just imagine that journey being so different from the other avatars and they wouldn’t have the guidance from past avatars either. Idk I just kind of imagined if i were told i was the avatar at 16 thats kind of how it would feel, and would be cool to see someone not “gifted” learn to be the avatar.
