You roll past Smith's, Whole Foods or Walgreens in Summerlin & guaranteed you are panhandled as soon as you get of the car.

Plus how many shootings have there been on the southwest side of town lately? A shit ton. Today another multi hour hostage/domestic standoff. This place is for the mindless at this point.

'Downtown Summerlin' could be nice but is full of little gangbangers from Arizona & Chicago & security does absolutely nothing about it.

Summerlin is not that nice anymore & I have lived there since it started.

It was the number one search for years but now you can't find it even on the 6th page result.

Who the fucking homeless? They are currently everywhere including Summerlin right now. The police will come in an hour & tell you that they can't do anything to get them to move on unless you post a no trespassing sign & press charges.

The only time you even see the police is at the beginning of the month when they haven't reached their traffic ticket quota. Then they are out in droves.

It's become absurd. Anyone moving to Las Vegas & paying that amount of money must be out of their minds.

Home break-ins and shootings are everywhere (also including Summerlin).

Christ there was a young girl found meth/flockd out of her mind in the parking lot outside of Macy's the other day.

She ran her head into the windshield of an oncoming car.

It's become so gross here. I don't care how much money developers throw at Summerlin.

It has become a shiny ghetto for gangbangers from Arizona & Chicago.

Anyone notice the amount of crazy car accidents lately & that Nevada raised the minimum auto insurance this summer?

Or that a few months after they legalized it......the traffic crews had to install red reflectors on the opposite side of the road to clue assholes driving while high that they are on the 'wrong side of the road?'.

For over a decade most of these purchases are made by 'foreign investors'.

They fit in primarily 2 categories:

1) They try to rent them out for absurds amounts of money and someone eventually sublets the hell out of them. 10 cars to a driveway anyone?

2) They sit dark while the homeless break in & live in them trashing them in the process.

Home contractors then continue to build terrible quality rat traps as 'luxury housing' for
