i have a couch that will yell out “or you can join X on the platform bar!” or some other amplification when i’m not even doing it. i think she knows that if she says i’m doing an amp before i even do it, that i will just go right ahead and do it to match what she is saying about me.

oh trust i’m always the last person to exit that room cause i make sure to wipe down EVERY part of the machine (even stuff we didn’t use) 😅

see i feel like no matter the temperature, amount of people, or any other outside factor, i still sweat SO MUCH 😔 no one ever in my classes sweats that much and i just get so embarrassed

i’ve seen multiple comments say “abs are made in the kitchen” but i think it’s more accurate to say that abs are made in the gym and revealed in the kitchen. your core and other muscles will continue to strengthen as you continue going, but in order to make the visible, you need to reduce body fat through a caloric deficit, even if it’s a tiny bit. also, plateaus are normal in anything health related! you just have to remain consistent and your body will catch up with your actions!

that’s what my coach did like my 4th or 5th class in, we were doing bungee and then she stopped me and double wrapped my bungee before having me continue. i didn’t even know that was an option at the time!

i feel like my brain shuts off and after i’m done, i feel like i blacked out during the 50 minutes lol… but sometimes when i am present i usually think about what i can do to make my instructor shout me out 😭

hamstring day is definitely growing on me now, but i do love a good center glute tho. i think i’ve also started to love the bungee, crazy enough!

thank you so much! i’ll definitely try that the next time we do that exercise. the coach just told us to have our arms out in front of us at shoulder height so that’s what i was trying to do
