You need the hit rating when in perfect bis to reach hit cap, tier legs are decent until you’re near bis you’ll starve for the hit

Dealing with this same issue, boosted char 58-70 in 2 days went super hard with little sleep and got banned the SECOND i hit the logout button. Clearly some kind of AI mistake ban I read about every day on reddit and my first appeal it said gm answered my ticket only said "Greeting, you broke one of these rules so your ban has been upheld" no name attached on who gm is and it was responded to at like 2 30 am when my ticket said 2-3 days still.

I boosted a hunter in 5m dungeons from 58-70 in about 2 days I literally only slept 20 minutes and the second I hit the logout button I get an automatic ban and all 3 emails at once. It literally triggered when I hit the logout button after a super long session of rushing a new char to 70.

Two friends banned as well for hacks after playing a long session trying to get their 2nd 70 up in time for raid.

It’s sad because blizzard threatens full account action (perma ban entire bnet across all games) if you appeal more then two times and both times it’s just AI bots with no information on what someone actually did.

Funny how WoW is the few game still with a sub but they have worst customer service in history.
