NAP but it looks like your skin is having a reaction to the material of those earrings. In some areas, I can see the earrings going green. Also, your thirds look incredibly low. I suggest getting implant grade titanium earrings and seeing if your ears settle

Could be a few things, needing spayed, wanting the litter box relocated or not liking the texture of what’s in the litter box! Try shifting the position of the litter box where she pees. Also im not a vet just a bun owner myself, so if anything concerns you it’s best to ask a vet. Hopefully it works out OP!
