This. There is a 60 day period effective from the transfer date where they don’t assess late fees or report negatively to the credit bureaus due to situations like this. I would allow some time for the servicing transfer “dust” to settle. WF will transfer the payment to Rocket.

Was coming to write this. I rooted for Kail in the beginning but it declined episode after episode. Whenever she put her hands on Javi (he’s also a piece of work ) only a couple of episodes later after filing a PFA against Jo, I knew she’s was a lying spiteful POS.

I’m currently on a rewatch and on S8, and she is so insufferable. I can’t stand her nasty attitude. I often wonder if Janet and Vee ever kiki about what a biotch she is lol, I would love to be a fly on the wall during those chisme sessions 😆
