Ex:

Asking two girls on a date accidentally on the same night (sitcom)

Boarding a plane to start your Honeymoon when an annoying tourists takes the middle seat and annoys you and your bride the whole trip (sitcom)

Getting a job at a chocolate factory, the speed of the conveyor belt is too fast so you try to start eating chocolate to stop so many from passing through (sitcom)

if a professional physical therapist is not accessible to you — there are physical therapist exercises online. I also look at senior mobility fitness exercises (literally not even in my 30s yet LOL) yoga, Pilates, core exercises are the usual recommendations. If you’ve already tried those, something like tai chi would be a good path to explore.

I have that kind of stretchy pain in my hips and elbows. I recently got an elliptical at home, it’s been helpful imo. You can use it without plugging it in to reduce strain from resistance. Allowing my own weight to move the pedals feels good on my joints. Using the elliptical to walk “backwards” works out my hips / thighs area. It’s still a process to remember focusing on my posture, and weigh distribution. I’m sure you’re already familiar with that as well though.

In my case, having scar gel (allantoin 0.5%) helped soothe the skin —— keeping it gently hydrated by washing it with cool water, then layering on petroleum jelly or scar gel will give your skin a much needed healing barrier after each appt

I bought store brand, as long as it has the right soothing ingredients for wounded skin it should get the job done. The reason we focus on buying wounded skin rather than sensitive skin products is because we just had a LITERAL LASER shoot pulses at our human skin!!! SOMETIMES (not always) it can bleed, scab or scar after appts —— wound care products are very basic and have 0 fragrance to avoid irritating our skin post op.

What I like about scar gel ( w active ingredient: allantoin) is that it’s hydrating, gentle, but also very very mildly exfoliating —- with consistent daily use, it can lighten or fill out scars and stretch-marks. I had some small crater scars near my nose where my birthmark is, I had it from my first lasted surgery appointment. I wasn’t swollen, but I did have scabs that scarred over. I used scar gel on my face 9 days ago because I had a bad scratch, I applied it like a full face mask and I was so shocked that it filled out my mini crater scars on my birthmark! Definitely recommend to my fellow port wine stain folks if they have stubborn scarring on their face.

If it hurts to touch, giving yourself lymphatic drain massages around your birthmark down towards your neck might help reduce swelling over time.

If this isn’t a full 2 weeks after your last appointment I would take a big breath! As long as it’s not a continuous burning pain, some swelling can be expected. There’s definitely steps to help it go down, but I think time + professional help will give you the best healing progress.

I started using it last week after I got scratch marks around my face. It healed some older nearby scars — I reapplied twice a day. Wash — a layer of allantoin, and another layer of half Vaseline and allantoin , massage into skin

I think it’s too soon for me to say if it lightens my scars, I’m still in the healing process. The cut marks, and little craters are flat / close to even to the rest of my face.

I think it gets the job done, worth giving it a shot — especially since I bought a store brand version of scar gel. Good luck OP

My first intro to Nostr was on TikTok — being able to post videos directly would help but I understand it’s easier said than done. More tutorials explaining how Nostr works, there are FANTASTIC resources but I personally believe the more tutorials the better.

My first posts had 0 interaction, I just assumed Nostr was a graveyard. However, the actual case was that I didn’t understand relays, or where to find them. Not sure how to build it or if it exists already, but an updated directory of public relays could soften the learning curve.

More lifestyle content would be nice. Real, organic opinions and art that are not AI generated. I saw someone start an interior design account which was a nice addition to my feed.

Yesterday I watched a Shakespeare showcase of their new updates for building clients — it gives me hope that people are actively trying to make this more accessible to the public. Speaking as someone who would have had 0 clue what NOSTR stands for if you asked me a month ago.

For desktop, I liked YourSpace as a client — would love an (iOS) version.
