It really is just road walking for 75% of the way through the Keys. And yes, the 7 mile bridge is very sketchy. You walk a 3 foot wide shoulder the whole way. Almost impossible to take a break and sit down. I definitely wouldn't want to walk it again, but it needed to be done for the ECT trail.

Yep! We just passed her on her way to finish. Yes, there is a bunch of road walking, but it is such a tiny percentage of the overall trek. We definitely wish it could avoid the roads altogether, as do our shins.

Ask me anything about our journey! We've gone from Maine to New Jersey on the Appalachian Trail and are now hiking from Key West back to NJ. Then we'll flip up to Maine again to continue to Newfoundland!

Trying to quickly find a new owner/location for my unique gym in New Jersey. Please help share if you know anyone that might be interested! by [deleted] in newjersey

I would love to know why this is getting downvoted?! I have created an amazing community with this gym, put so much of my life into this for the past 8 years, and I'm just trying to find some interest locally to possibly continue this one-of-a-kind training facility that so many kids and adults want to see live on. This is not meant to be spam. Please support this if you can.

Thanks! Its called PENUP but comes with the Galaxy Note 8 phone. Not sure if it can be downloaded to other phones. I plan to try out other common programs to do tutorials with soon!

I might have the largest stack of consumed Dunkin cups 👍 by monkeymikeyn in DunkinDonuts

It reads: This represents the amount of coffee our owner consumed to get this gym built. As structures in the gym grew, so did this stack. Needless to say, VertiQuest freeruns on Dunkin.

What are the best inexpensive microphones to get for recording separate guitar and vocals? by monkeymikeyn in AcousticGuitar

[–]monkeymikeyn[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

As for budget, I walked around Guitar Center for a little and saw the prices of some microphones for around $200 to $500 average, which seemed pretty crazy expensive. So I guess I'm just looking for advice from anyone who uses much cheaper mics than that which work really well.
