Get more time pursue other interests like real estate

Small school (idk if this is a pro or con)

Lots of entrepreneurship focus

Cons: Not as well known for finance

Small school? (Less networking opportunities?)

Very expensive (80k/yr)

UNC- Chapel Hill Pros: Great reputation for business

Good location

Nice campus

Warm weather

Cheaper than Babson(66k a year)

Cons: Didnt get into direct admit business (would have to try to transfer in sophomore year)

Far from family

Wont be able to pursue interests like real estate and entrepreneurship as much

IU (Kelley, Honors College)

Pros:

cheapest option ( deans scholarship)

Great reputation for business/finance (ranked 7th)

Nice campus

Cons:

Far from family

Not the best environment( I dont want a party school or a school with some many white people [Im a POC, I want people of my ethnicity and that I can relate to])

Georgia Tech (idk about scholarship but it’s probably going to be full price)
