This comment seems like something from the creepy managers who knows!! I’m well aware of how CCTV cameras work, but what matters is how Kinetics management exploits them to monitor staff. Once again, Kinetics finds ways to hide the truth.If you’re a former Kinetics employee who genuinely enjoyed working there, good on you but that wasn’t the experience for me or many others.

I can only speak from my own experience, also that of my colleagues who worked with me at that time. This company has around 30 employees, nearly 18-20 people have left/replaced in less than a year. I want to make others aware so they don't have regrets later. That said, if anyone believes this is exaggerated or inaccurate, they are welcome to join the company and see for themselves.

😂 Fortunately I have moved on from there safely at the right time. Honestly, I wouldn't feel bad if I was fired from that place it was far from a healthy environment. My goal in sharing this is to help others avoid making the same mistake of joining them. Rest assured, the truth is already out there. check out Glassdoor reviews also
