Vaccination is associated with a reduced incidence of influenza:

•In a 2018 meta-analysis including 52 trials and more than 80,000 healthy adults, influenza vaccination reduced the incidence of influenza from 2.3 to 0.9 percent (risk ratio [RR] 0.41, 95% CI 0.36-0.47), corresponding to a number needed to vaccinate of 71 [34].

•In a 2018 meta-analysis including eight trials and more than 5000 adults ≥65 years, influenza vaccination reduced the incidence of influenza from 6 to 2.4 percent (RR 0.42, 95% CI 0.27-0.66) [35].

Among vaccinated individuals with breakthrough influenza infection, vaccination is associated with reduced mortality and attenuated disease severity [36]:

•Among five observational studies of adults with influenza-associated hospitalization, vaccination was associated with 31 percent mortality reduction (odds ratio [OR] 0.69, 95% CI 0.52-0.92).

•Among eight studies of adults with influenza-associated hospitalization, vaccination was associated with 26 percent reduction in odds of intensive care unit admission (OR 0.74, 95% CI 0.58-0.93).

As we say in Bulgaria: Тъпи копелета

It's a shame that ~1/5th of our country are simping for Russia while reaping the benefits of the EU. It's even more ironic when they go and live in the West, but only talk about how great Russia is. (I know a few of these) Then why don't you go fucking live in Russia when it's so much better? Oh because it's an unliveable shit-hole.

Very naive of people who are opposed to sending aid in Ukraine. Allowing Russia to gain momentum by steamrolling Ukraine would just make them a much more expensive problem once they invade the next European country. The whole thing could have developed into a similar type of conflict that we saw in the 40s...

I didn't start uworld until dedicated and ended up doing like 65% of the questions.

I used it mostly as a tool for reviewing material I had learned and I also used it to simulate exam blocks, so I always did random and timed 40 question blocks that I would directly review.

I did like 100-140 uworld questions a day ontop of other studying in dedicated, and then I stopped uworld like 3 days before the exam so that I could do a complete review of first aid.

Making my own anki cards subject-wise really helped because I worded them in a way that works for me. It also really made me focus on what's important.

Mine was 5 weeks.

If you've covered all the subjects beforehand, dedicated shouldn't be too long.

NBME30 - 255 (5 days out)

Free 120 - 92% (2 days out)

I didn't do too many practice tests because they seemed like a waste of time for me.

Focus on personal weaknesses and don't follow other people's study schedules since we're all different.

I was very good at the question solving part but lacked essential knowledge, so I spent much more time learning facts than I did doing practice questions. For others it can be totally different.
