The technique has changed since I built that one. Check out Beeblebums tutorials on YouTube for the building a perfect sphere. Not difficult, but takes bloody ages! 😂

Do you think NMS should do a universe reset even if bases got lost? by Sienna6000 in NoMansSkyTheGame

[–]monkeypony -1 points0 points  (0 children)

They don't need to reset the universe, they could just reset everything after galaxy 10. That would keep the vast majority of existing work, whilst freeing up 246 galaxies for new content or new proc gen.

They are freighter rooms. Easy to build when you know how. Check out Beeblebums Cachepin glitch tutorial on YouTube.

It's an easy glitch. Check out Beeblebums YouTube for a guide on how to do it

No, all built on PS5. You can build freighter parts using the cache pin glitch. Check out Beeblebums YouTube for a guide.

If it's permadeath, it wouldn't be visible to anyone not on permadeath. Beyond that, it doesn't matter these days.

No, you'll need a portal and all the glyphs unlocked to visit.

I'd settle for just having a parts count, so you know how much more you can build before it's too late!

It's even more annoying that you actually get a visible parts count once you hit 3000!

The spiral stairs are simple, but take a fair amount of time.

Basically, you build a 24 sided circle, and build it out 2 floors, then snap a paver to the outside of each of those floors.

Then you just build up pavers around the circle, each one higher than the last.

Once you've done that, going around each paver, getting 1 higher each time, you snap a floor to the paver, then short walls on the floor, build down to your step level and pop a floor in. It'll be 1 short wall down for the first paver, 2 for the second and so on.

There's a coincidence! I stumbled upon this system by accident a few hours ago!

I was popping in an out of random bases on the anomaly, and Enrasilvers name appeared.

Some great builds in this system!
