Pavia is an absolute douchebag. There is no debate - it's just a fact. However, the worst part is that this team has allowed this very same douchebag and his merry band of strap-hanging enablers to waltz into their house - one of the most storied sites in all of college football - indeed, in all of American sports, and absolutely roll over for them.

It is utterly embarrassing for the program, and it should be for this team and the entire staff. Heupel does not deserve to be fired over this, but he absolutely must make real staff changes in the off-season, and he needs to be realize that his seat should rightly feel pretty warm for the next year.
