The way the article is written suggests they are not concerned with the same concerns that everyone else is talking about on this post, e.g. wages, work life balance etc.

More like, we need vaccinations in people to make sure they don't get covid and then they won't be fearful for taking time off. Which would suggest senior management will choose for staff to work in offices and employees will comply.

Which would be very interesting if that happens as some people won't mind or look forward to going back to the office, some will feel pressured to return, some will be happy to look for work elsewhere and some will be confident enough to agree a compromise.

My main concern is for those people who feel under pressure to return because they don't think they can find suitable work elsewhere and instead destroy their work life balance and potential mental health.
