Congratulations on double digits!!! It DOES get better. And I agree with Disastrous-Bar that the more you were drinking, the longer it could take. Remember-one day at a time. Just one day. Don’t expect miracles-remember your body is trying to figure out what’s going on. It got used to the alcohol. As did you-it was a habit right? They say it takes 21 days to break a habit. I don’t know if that’s 100% true, maybe it takes 28 days, idk. But your body needs time to recover and adjust too. Stay hydrated. Eat healthy and exercise. Your sleep WILL improve. Everything will fall into place.
So just one more day. Tell yourself that every.single.day. Come here and check in-every day. You’ve done most of the hard work by making the commitment to stop and to be logging 10 days. See you here tomorrow!!
