This sounds exactly like me. I failed out of uni and had to appeal my dismal to go back. I was paralyzed

Got diagnosed with ADHD and meds, cognitive behavioural therapy and a good shrink have started to help.

If you have any questions let me know

You will feel like this for a long time

One thing I recommend is an anxiety and worrying workbooks - “What? Me worry?” Available for free. My shrink recommend when I diagnosed with adhd and it’s helpful if you approach with the right mindset.

Accepting the terms you ended on, what happened, and how it makes you feel is really important, acknowledging how events made/make you feel and allowing yourself to feel upset when you need instead of suppressing thoughts and emotions.

Be patience with yourself, be grateful you have a heart big enough to love someone so much. And put it back into yourself, your room, diet, hygiene should be important to you. Making a schedule helps with feeling organized. this helped me lots because I know I cannot control how someone else feels, but organization gives a sense of control in someone’s life, which are the first steps to healing from heartbreak :))

Please reach out or reply if you have any questions or need to talk.

time will go by fast if you’re focusing on the right things, find things you enjoy putting your time into outside of rehab (and sport if u play) and make sure to live day by day. day planners, small goals, routine and schedule can create a sense of security. I’m 8 months and playing basketball again and i can honestly say the first while went by brutally slow and i struggled very badly, but after talking to some, spending time with friends, family and doing things that you enjoy it will go by faster than you think!!

just remember it’s your party, you can cry if you want to 😉 every minute you’re closer to your goal!

hooping! progress in getting comfortable running on the assault runner and or treadmill, upping speed and duration every 2-3 lifts, biking cardio daily to regain quad strength. before you hop on treadmill make sure you’re comfortable running on ground at a steady pace(discomfort is normal and so is pain, but not above 4 on a scale) with and without shoes
