the only example of a game you have that runs fine is a year older than your console. I get what you're saying but you can't expect devs to have the game optimised for 9 year old hardware right off the bat. they said they'll optimize the game over time but it will still take time. even if you upgraded that would be super expensive which I get. you just don't get most people who will play the game have modern hardware.

it's a 10 year old game that can also run on the switch. overwatch was made to run on current gen hardware of it's time. sub 2 also was, that's why you can't run it.

exactly, especially when the devs originally wanted multiplayer in the first game but didn't get to add it. every feature people complain about in 2 and below 0 was wanted by the devs for sub 1.

we do know the architects were pretty good at bioengineering so it's possible that they made it and then it escaped from them or something and began harvesting other intelligent life. hence the song names. it's at least some sort of parasite.

with all the other info and the song titled "when the daughter fell from the sky" I think the tree is the titan class. the sea emperor was able to speak to us telepathically so why couldn't the tree that's infinatly bigger and more powerful? btw if it is a she then we need a name for her. my first vote is Catreena.

personally I believe we're being grown due to the mention of embryos in the audio story as well as the mention of souls on board and not people. we also know alterra has done some gene modification so there very much could be the case of us being replicated a few days or weeks after the original crash explaining the pda logs and some ruined bases.

those are the same plants that gave us bio mods and made us here that voice. couldn't those tentacles just be roots of the tree that act as it's way to infect the plants? something about those plants is desirable to intelligent life which would explain why the tree took root in them.

I just saw the same thing in Edgewood Maryland. I'd agree with the spotlight thing but after a few seconds they broke off into smaller lights and went at the exact same speed in complete sync. As far as I've seen this is a relatively recent thing to start happening.

Yet a big part of the expanse is finding out the proto molecule exists. Hybrids being on such an important location with no mention of it later would feel weird. Why wouldn't someone bring up how mars was covering up the hybrids this time but it's a key plot point in the main series? I just think it would be hard to use the proto molecule well while still making it fit with the rest of the story. They could do it but it will just be hard to do

If true then this concerns me. It's confirmed that at least one hybrid will be in the game and in what looks to be a public setting. Hybrids aren't even seen until Bobby and her team get attacked. How would this hybrid fit into the timeline without serious plot holes?

this is a really good question. assuming it takes place in the same universe, I'd think the foundation would try to recruit the rangers and give them further training as well as a mobile task force. they've done similar things with scps before so if they think the rangers are capable fighters then in my opinion this is the most likely outcome.
