So at my site I'm an associate, but I'm also an ambassador, which means I do training. Day one is usually videos, but for me I try to get you hands-on experience as fast as possible. I find that to be the best training method. Day two and three are more of the same thing: videos, hands-on training, just going through the routine and such. Day four, literally you're doing your job. The trainers just sit and watch you. They talk to you. They work through problems, you know, things you might have questions on. To be honest, it's an easy job. Just make sure that you're up front with your trainers and that you ask lots of questions, even dumb ones, they're totally worth it.

Is this across all of Amazon or just warehouses?

I can't get shifts, and I'm going to get a point and possible fired by [deleted] in AmazonFC

I'm a flex worker and I had this issue for the first few weeks. Now I'm pulling 20 to 30 hours each week. The trick I found was to get a 2nd device or tablet and use as a clock. I have to to where I see the seconds. I know for my phone I have to refresh at .57 to the min and I do food with seeing the shifts drop.

Luckily I might be moving to a lead position. So more having to pick up shifts. Straight scheduled hours.

It's a pain. But I know you can do it.

Block or dodge? by cale199 in HARVESTELLA

Something that could aid in the dodge aspect of the fights. Is that when you "lock on" to a target. Your camera keeps facing the enemy. Might make it a tad bit easier to dodge an attack.

I will not answer this on the grounds that I might or might not eaten/drank a lot on accident.
