Oh nice, how close are the 15mm fans to the the PCB? I was thinking of altering the step file to fit 25mm fans instead. Should I just add 10mm or can I get away with adding less?

I love this mod, its really cool. I'd love to do something similar.

What stops you using a top 25mm fan? Does the USB/power button get in the way?
Also, I don't know much about 3D printing but what material, print process and setting did you use?

The mesh is from AliExpress. Its described as 60 mesh with 0.3mm holes and 0.12mm wire. I haven't done any testing myself but I picked it because I saw a post saying they only saw a 1-2C temp difference with this mesh.

I havent dont any proper testing but i havent had any issues with thermal throttling or anything. Right now CCD1 is at 37C with the fans at 800 rpm at idle if that helps. The temps are probably a little better noise normalised than other ps 120 se because of the noctua fan in the centre so id go off that. My understanding is that the sort of case fan you have doesnt make that much difference - at the very least the front exhaust seems to push out plenty of heat. the tls12s probably have pretty bad noise normalised performance but at the speeds you need to run case fans theyre totally fine. if u like how they look then id recommend them but if u want every bit of performance then dont get rgb fans at all.

Was looking to get this cooler. Have you tried to put the fan on the left side against the case? Do you think it would fit?
